FWJ Official Contest Preparation Posing Seminar Part 1/Bikini, Part 2/Figure, Part 3/Men's Physique All instructors will be IFBB PROs.
The main focus will be on the posing seminar, and we will also answer various questions regarding the judging criteria.
FWJ competitors are encouraged to participate as a form of competition preparation, as well as those competing for the first time and those considering competing in the future.

*We will not send you any tickets or other items. Your registration will be completed once payment is complete. Please come to the event on the day.

If you wish to decline, you may simply be absent on the day without contacting the secretariat.
*This will be a practical session, so please bring clothing similar to a posing suit.
